About my Family.

I have grown up in a family which consists of five members including me.
Parents, and two sisters - one is younger than me, and the other is older than me.
I love and depend on family members a lot, so I feel somewhat lonely nowadays since it is the first time for me to be separated from my whole family members. However, with many developed communication devices, I can contact with them more than three times a week. By spending time to contact with them, I can feel more comfortable even I am staying away from them.
Like this, the family is one of the important parts in my life. However, I consider not only the family in which I was born but also the family I will make in the future as one of the important thing for living. For this reason, I spend lots of time to think about my future family. By doing so, I made some wish lists to make a ideal family life for me.
The first thing I want to do is to live in rural place in Korea. It is because I want to make my children have time to play on large grounds in order to make them an easy and composed attitude. In addition, I also want to have more than 3 kids since if kids have many siblings, they can learn from each other and can raise the ability too get along with others.
Of course, because of inconvenience,  it is not easy to make a family I wish. But I think it is worth it because it has lots of advantages which can not be acquired when we are in pursuit of convenience.

Benefits of selling organs

In modern society, people can transact almost everything with the developed capitalism. Sometimes we can find something weird in markets. For example, in some countries like Japan, people sometimes buy friends for showing off their sociality in special occasions. Moreover, sperms and ovums can be dealt to help infertile couples to have their babies. With this trend, it might be considered natural that human’s organs could be in market. However, selling organs is still controversial because it is related to ethical issue. Some people argue there is no reason to prohibit selling organs, while others refute by reason of ethical conviction. However, selling organs must be legal.

First reason why selling organs should be allowed is that all people have a right to live healthy and normal life. People with health problems are usually not be able to move freely and to do what they want like other healthy people. This kind of disability could make them frustrated and pessimistic for their lives. However, if selling organs is not allowed, the supply of organs would stay much lower than demand since the patients should expect someone to give their organs for no reason.

In addition, selling organs could be an effective way for someone with serious financial problem to revive. Sometimes we can see people who find no way to solve financial problem by themselves and finally get to tragic situation like becoming homeless, and killing themselves. For them, selling their organs which do not cause health problem could be a valuable chance to start new life. It is obvious that living without an unimportant organ to life is much better than becoming homeless or killing themselves.

More importantly, paying the price for someone who gives his/her organ makes more sense than paying nothing. Donation is definitely invaluable and respectable behavior. However it is never easy to give a part of body for another person. Even though donating organ needs lots of courage, many donors are not paid for their sacrifice. If transplanting organs is able to be allowed, there might be no reason to prohibit selling organs because compensating for some sacrifice is more moral and natural than taking something for free.

Some people might think that we cannot buy and sell out body parts because they belong to God not to human being. However, considering that almost everyone tries to live longer against naturally occurring diseases, we could know this reasoning makes no sense. If they think our own body belongs to God, why ever they make so many efforts to get a healthy body by eating all kinds of artificial drugs? They are overreacting to selling organs just because it is unfamiliar to them.

To sum up, selling organs makes it possible to kill two birds with one stone since is allow more patients to have healthier life while helping peoples who sell their organs to get new opportunity by giving them lots of money. To be open-minded to accept new trends is usually hard, but it is also worth in order to take many advantages from new and unfamiliar things. So we have to be more acceptive of selling organs by considering some benefits of it because it could be a great opportunity for both receiver and giver.

How to make our restaurant successful !

6190 full service restaurants, 8685 counter service restaurants, 124 cafeterias or buffets, 1564 snack and specialty food bars, 1125 food service contractors, 426 caterers, 35 mobile food services, 1630 bars or nightclubs. Could you believe all of these restaurants numbers are calculated in the only one city, Chicago? According to the statistic above, we can enjoy about 20000 restaurants in Chicago. Of course it is a good news for lots of Chicagoans since they have a number of options to enjoy their meals. However, for restaurant owners, it could not be just a good news because they cannot help competing with each other. Therefore, many of them are looking for strategies to be more competent. And here is the most efficient way to make a restaurant successful : Make regular customers !
To make regular customers, knowing the region where the restaurant is located should be first step. By getting lots of information about the neighborhood in which the restaurant is, we could guess consumer proneness including what they are interested in, how many times they are willing to eat out, or what type of food they like. This information could give us some subjects of conversation which we should have with customers in order to make a deep relationship with them.
Next, with this material to treat customers, we should try to make them feel familiar with us. Making interesting conversations, giving them free food and celebrating their anniversaries could be effective ways to make regular customers. If they start to feel familiar with our restaurants and to appreciate our kindness, they will be willing to go these restaurants. But it is not entirely finished yet. We must not forget to last thing to make regular customers.
It is the follow-up service that the final step to make regular customers is. To make sure that some people come to our restaurants regularly, we have to keep in touch with them constantly. Even though they do not appear frequently, it would be better contact them when we got some information related to their interests, or concerns. By doing so, they cannot forget you and want to visit our restaurant again.

However, it does not mean that we have to be pretentious. Of course we should be sincere for them. We have to keep the fact that we should be their real friend not only for business but also for personal relationship. Therefore, we have to be more active to help them also. By doing so, we could make lots of regular customers, which are also our friends. Finally, with their help, our restaurants would be one of the most successful ones!

Let's reduce intake of meat !

Even though I am not a vegetarian, I have some friends who are vegetarians. Whenever I asked them why they never eat meat, I could be heard about the reason why they do that, which is related to immoral eating habits of contemporaries. People in modern society have a tendency to make food, especially meat, by using inhuman ways. For example, lots of fowls are stuck in their cage only allowed to eat, sleep, and lay eggs. The similar way is also adapted to other different species including pigs, cows, sheep, etc.

It is probably natural to eat another species according to food chain in eco system. However, at the same time, we cannot live without other species, and we do not have any right to dominate them at all. Therefore, we need to be more responsible of eating them, being moderate in raising and confining them.

However I agree that only a few people never eating meat cannot change this trend. Moreover, in spite of my realization demanding changes in eating habit, I am still eating meat every week. Then what we have to do to be responsible for eating other species by not using in human ways? It could be a reasonable solution to reduce intake of meat gradually. According to a research found in a newspaper, eating meat is not only unnecessary for people, but also harmful for health causing some lifestyle diseases because of fat from meat.  Therefore, taking in protein form tofu or beans, instead of  meat could make people more humane as well as healthy.

How to clsssify lots of crimes

On every mornings, we can hear about lots of news related to various crimes which threaten the peace of the society. It is definitely obvious that we should stand against various kinds of crimes, since by doing so, we could make our society more stable. Then, what can be the first step to deal with the crimes well? Since the ways to oppose crimes are decided depending on the kind of them, classifying them should be the first step. Even though there are varied classification methods to assort crimes, the most widespread method is to classify them roughly according to whether it is violent crime or intellectual property crime.

Comparing to intellectual property crime, violent crime could be more serious because of possibility to hurt people physically. For example, murder, kidnapping, threatening, robbery, arson, rape, and assault, which are included in a violent crime have lots of effect on health of victim not only physically, but also mentally.

On the other hand, intellectual property crime have less direct effect on health of victim. It is because this kind of crimes is usually related to property as you can guess from its name. It includes fraud, plagiarism, copyright infringement, and hacking. Even though it cannot hurt people directly, it can cause serious confusion in societies by making victims frustrated. Also, it is becoming serious problem because with developed information technology, this kind of crime happens more frequently than ever.

These two kinds of crimes have to be dealt with different ways because two of them have different purposes of crime and different effects on victims. Therefore, a profound discussion is needed to find out the right method to cope with them. With this, we could reduce the crime and make the world more peaceful.

Awful happening at an airport!

In these days, I am living in Chicago, one of the most exciting cities in the U.S, with studying English, making lots of friends, and learning a new culture. However, all of these things came close to being impossible because of my absurd mistake I did before boarding a plane to come here. So I might have returned to Korea without any experience in the U.S if there hadn't been some lucks for me!

Before I came to Chicago, I had had to stopover at San Francisco so as to spend time with my friend living in there. So it was at the airport located in San Francisco that I had to go through immigration . When I arrived at the airport in San Francisco, it was so natural that I was exhausted because I had been staying for a 13 hours at an extremely stuffy seat. In addition, I had to wait for a long time to get an admission to enter U.S. After lots of waiting in a long time, finally I got a chance to face an officer who could let me go out the airport.

But at that time, the only thing I could get is the shock caused by the fact that I couldn't go out the airport. It was because I had brought a significant paperwork for entering the U.S, which is not original but copied. So, the officer, who changed so rapidly from friendly old man to aggressive one, sent me to a strange office crowded with some people seeming frightened like me. While waiting at the office, I couldn't even imagine what I have to do, what will happen, and how long I have to be in this awful place.

After about an hour of anxiety, I could hear someone looking for me. With very quickened heartbeat, I got up and plodded to an officer who never smiled and kept frowning at me. Even though I had made some excuses and prepared what I have to tell him during the last hour, I couldn't remember it at all in front of this aggressive face. The only I could do was repeating "I...just.. forgot to bring it.. Sorry..." To my great embarrassment, I even couldn't understand what he was saying aggressively. At last, the boss of him came to the office while the officer was still putting his back up on me.

Then, I could see that they were making somewhat serious conversation concerning how they can deal with my situation. After a long conversation, the boss, who looked also scary and much more strict, went out. I was still with petrified expression because I had no idea about what was going on. I felt like time had stopped. Finally, the officer came to me and told me that the boss of him had decided to allow me to go out the airport exceptionally. And also, he added I was in unprecedented lucky situation because the boss of him was originally not the person who make exception like this.

Finally, I was able to go out such a dreadful office. Although I had felt lots of tiredness before, I forgot it in that office because of a great sense of fear. Still now, whenever I remind the experience, I can feel my heartbeat increase dramatically. After this terrible situation, I made my decision to be much more careful about my paperwork when I travel. Moreover, I could be able to review how important a caginess is. I made myself a promise never to let this kind of foolish situation happen in the future!
